Returns Eligibility & Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Except for items listed below, we will accept returns for store credit for 14 days from the date you received your order. If you have any questions regarding sizes, please email us at hello@shopmillier and we will gladly answer questions and provide detailed garment measurements prior to your placing your order.
To start your return, please email us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Upon receipt and confirmation that the item meets these criteria, you will receive a refund of the product cost, less an $7 flat fee to cover return shipping. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tags attached.
Excluded from Returns
Note that all hair accessories, including all headbands and clips, and any custom items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. All items listed as final sale are ineligible for returns.
Promotions
Occasionally we may offer promotional sales. Unfortunately, we are not able to price-adjust previously purchased items.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us with a photo of the item within 3 business days of receipt so that we can promptly address.
